The bioTank treatment unit is cast from 40N concrete — a very high-strength mix that strengthens further over time. We're so confident in this product that we offer a 30 year warranty on any structural defects. As a single structure, it's easier, more economical, and requires less space to install than a standard septic tank. With no mechanical parts inside, maintenance and running costs stay minimal.
